Cottonwood Grove Apartments Clovis, CA Ever cognizant of the impact our development has on the surrounding environment, Cottonwood Grove was designed and constructed around an existing grove of cottonwood trees. This resulted in a “naturally” landscaped, environmentally friendly project.
