What we do best is build.  It is a common phrase that can often be heard throughout our offices.  While we are well versed in and enjoy the preconstruction activities, construction is what we love best. 

We have honed our jobsite practices.  Every construction site has a Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent onsite.  Our Project Managers visit the site on a regular basis and it is not unusual to see the President and Founder walking the projects.  We have a healthy respect for cleanliness and safety. 

Our job sites are among the cleanest in the industry, allowing us to run jobs safely. Our Superintendents host mandatory safety meetings weekly for all Subcontractor Field Supervisors.  We have developed long-term relationships with subcontractors and, over time, built a ‘network’ which can be relied upon to meet the needs of today’s demanding projects. In the end, Ashwood has developed the capabilities and flexibility required for efficient and effective workflow, evidenced by the on-time completion record of Ashwood projects.
